  • To maintain a proper and manageable coat, it is recommended that you have your dog groomed every 6-8 weeks. This is true for non-shedding breeds such as Terriers, Bichons, Poodles, Shi Tzus, etc. The coat on these breeds can easily become painfully matted if not properly maintained. Breeds that have short, shedding coats can usually wait 8-12 weeks between grooming appointments, as long as they are brushed thoroughly at home. Cats we advise 2-3 months depending on the coat type. We are going to plan together what is the best schedule to maintain your pet depending on the coat type, needs and style required.

  • The typical stay at the grooming studio is 2 to 3 hours for small to medium-sized dogs, 3 to 4 hours for larger breeds with heavier undercoats and 1 to 2 hours for cats. Your pet is unique so even pets from the same breed can take different times due to their behaviour or if they have any health issues. We will text you 30 min before your pet is ready for collection.

  • We do not accept walk-ins. All appointments are pre-scheduled and should be booked at least 2 weeks before to avoid disappointment. The best option is to schedule your next appointment when you pick up your pet.

  • We do not put the dogs in kennels or crates while they are visiting. The play area is the same room as the grooming so there is constant supervision. As exceptions to this rule are reactive dogs, un-neutered males, un-spayed females, elderly dogs and very shy dogs.

  • The cost is based on the size, breed, what you want to be done, the condition of the coat and the pet’s behaviour. All pets are different. As hard as you try to describe your pet, its hair, behaviour and what you want to be done over the phone, we can not give you an exact price over the phone without seeing your pet or meeting them. Only an approximation.

  • We ask all clients to provide a window of at least eight business hours, should you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, to avoid a minimum cancellation fee of 30€ with 10€ for each additional pet. A voicemail message after phone hours is sufficient, should an emergency arise. No-shows will be required to pay 50% of the service booked and after 3 no-shows, you will be required to pay for your appointment in full prior to your next appointment. If these seem a bit extreme, please understand that we work on an appointment basis. If you miss your appointment, we not only have lost business for the day but also have lost a spot for a customer who could have used it.
